Kitchen is shared and it has a sink, cooker, fridge, electric kettle, plates, bowls, pens and all the necessary dishes You need to prepare Your meal. Feel free to serve yourself with tea, coffee, milk and cereal in the morning, no extra charge.

Check-in is after 1PM
When you enter the courtyard or you going out, please close the gate.
Guests will receive their own room key and front entrance key so you are free to come and go as you like.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace in front of the house or in the garden.
Very important, we have shared bathroom, so please keep bathroom clean by wiping up after using.
Please, turn off air-condition when when you leave the room.
